Grundsätzlich werden alle Produkte nach dem nachfolgend
beschriebenen Ablauf hergestellt. Dieses Verfahren, bekannt aus
dem Hitech Bootbau, garantiert ein Produkt, das kaum an
technischen und fahrerischen Eigenschaften verliert. Anhand
der Bedürfnisse werden Geometrie, Materialien und
Aufbauschichten festgelegt. Für die Herstellung werden nur
hochwertige Materialien wie Carbonfaser, Glasfaser,
Epoxidharze, Rennbelag, gehärtete Stahlkanten, Holz,
Inserts und die entsprechenden Apparaturen verwendet.


 

All our boards are built using the same state-of-the-art
construction process. The method has evolved from building
performance sailing crafts, such as race catamarans. Whatever
your specific design requirements, your board will behave and
respond the same at the end of a wild season as on day you first
ripped. In order to achieve this longevity we pay a great deal of
attention to what goes into the boards. Witch for one thing means
using only top spec materials: carbon fibre, glass fibre, epoxy resins,
wood, inserts, hardened steel edges, race-grade base.
