Das Board wird
unter Vacuum und bei hoher Temperatur in einem
Ofen ausgehärtet. In einem weitern Arbeitgang wird wieder unter
Vacuum die Decklage (z.B. Holz, Carbon ) aufgeklebt. Das vom
Kunden gewünschte Design wird nun aufgetragen und anschliessend
mit einem Hochglanz Klarlack versiegelt. Schlussendlich werden Kanten
und Belag geschliffen. Die Bindung wird noch montiert und
das
Board ist fahrbereit.
The board is
cured at high temperature and under vacuum to ensure
faultless resin penetration. The last construction step is the laying of
the deck, again under vacuum. As deck material wood or carbon
fabric
may be used. Finally – the graphics are applied and sealed,
the base and
the edges are ground and the bindings mounted.
Your board – handbuilt – is ready to shred.
